Married 3rd:   1819 Relief Osgood* (8 Jun 1796-1849 Wabash Co d/of Nathaniel Osgood {1759} & Hannah Dewey {1763-1837 Wabash Co}); See Relief* for her children. Gervase and his father Daniel were very early settlers (1804) of Gibson Co IN. They established the town of Hazleton IN. In 1804 Gervase was granted a White River ferry license by Governor William Henry Harrison. Gervase moved to Illinois in 1814 with others establishing the community of Palmyra (Wabash Co IL) and operating a Wabash River ferry in that community.
